We typically become the employer of record and carry the workers’ compensation
and general liability insurance on the employees. Similar payroll funding
and payroll processing services are available when we do not become the employer of record.
We provide payroll funding on a weekly, bi-weekly, or semi-monthly basis for the
temporary or contract workers. Unlimited funding is available based
on the credit worthiness of the client companies.
Our administrative support serves as a recruiter’s “back office.” Recruiter
support services include timesheet collection, paycheck distribution, and client
invoicing. All invoices, timesheets, and paychecks include the recruiter’s
name in addition to ours.
All client companies are reviewed for credit worthiness prior to acceptance. Additionally,
companies are monitored periodically to detect changes in credit ratings. Our
professionalism and courtesy in the credit and collection process helps ensure
timeliness of payments and reduces the risk of non-payment.
Recruiters are informed of the activity on their account by way of three detailed reports
that are faxed or emailed weekly. A Weekly Activity Report details all activity
processed for each recruiter including payroll and invoice activity. A Weekly Aging
report lists all unpaid invoices as of the date of the report. A Weekly Profit
Report provides back up documentation for any profit check issued to a recruiter
for payments received during the week. Quarterly and annual history reports
are also provided. Customized reports are available upon request.
TFI has been successful in arranging special pricing for resources preferred by many
recruiters. Special discount pricing for CareerBuilder job postings and resume data base
access is available through TFI. Kenexa’s “Prove-It” skills testing
software is available at discount pricing.
TFI administers a comprehensive benefits program which is offered as an
option to the workers. Benefits include short and long term health
insurance, life insurance, and dental discounts.
Our ability to serve as employer of record in all states and Canada allows recruiters
to accept temporary and contract placement opportunities in areas where they are
not registered or licensed to do business.
