Through a volume purchasing arrangement with Kinexa Prove It, TFI is able to pass on significant savings and purchasing options to recruiters. TFI resells Prove It skills tests to recruiters on an as needed and as requested basis.
When requested by a client company, TFI can facilitate the background screening process by coordinating the request through a third party background screening company. TFI does not charge for this accommodation, but fees charged by the screening company are typically reimbursed to TFI by the recruiter or client company.
When requested by a client company, TFI can accommodate requests for pre-employment drug tests. Tests are typically conducted at a lab convenient to the worker, and results are typically obtained within a couple of days. Lab charges are reimbursed to TFI from the recruiter or the client company.
Company Credit Checks:
Credit analysis through D&B and Experian is performed by TFI on all client companies either before a placement is made or shortly thereafter. Responsible credit management requires that payment terms and credit limits be considered when extending credit to companies. Recruiters can request credit checks at no charge through the TFI website prior to placement activity in order to determine reasonable credit terms for the client companies.
