TFI provides payroll funding as required on a weekly, bi-weekly, or semi-monthly basis as specified by the recruiter or client company. TFI’s services are available when and if needed, i.e., there is no minimum usage required; and there is no long term or exclusive contract. Similarly, there are no maximum funding limits placed on recruiters/staffing companies although the credit of the client companies will be a factor in providing payroll funding. Payroll processing and employer of record services may be provided without payroll funding under special arrangements. Workers are paid on a regular basis while recruiters/staffing companies will receive their profit after TFI has received payment from the client company. Credit analysis and collection assistance are provided to minimize financial risk.
