placement business with income from temporary or contract placements;
Mid-sized firms who choose to outsource payroll funding, payroll processing, and
possibly employer of record services due to financial or administrative limitations;
Large staffing firms who need a company to serve as the employer of record in states
where they would like to make temporary, temp-to-perm, or contract placements but are
not registered to do business. TFI is available to provide employer of record and
payroll processing services. Payroll funding is optional.
